4. Family Interview
How long will it take for me to hear if my child has been accepted?
Once you have finished the family interview, you should hear from our admissions office within two working days.
Does my family have to agree with the Statement of Faith?
It is not required for our families to agree with Promise’s Statement of Faith.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is paid monthly, and due at the beginning of each month of the school year (August-May).
Can you accommodate to my child's IEP?
While we are equipped to accommodate a wide range of IEPs, we also recognize that each child is unique, and their specific needs can vary significantly. To discuss the specific accommodations your child may require and to determine how we can best support them, please contact our Head of School. They will be able to provide the most accurate information and guidance.
How is tuition determined?
The Promise Academy tuition is determined based on a sliding scale formula using your information from your most recent Official IRS Tax Return Transcript. If you have more than one child enrolling in the school, you are charged 100% for your 1st child, 75% for your 2nd child, 50% for your 3rd child, and for your 4th and more children, you are charged 25% of the applicable tuition.
What is Promise Academy's Tuition Policy?
Tuition is due on the first day of each month. You can pay by check, money order, credit card, apple pay, or google pay at the front desk or you can pay by debit/credit card by going to promisetyler.org/parent-resources and choosing “Pay Tuition”. Please remember to put your child’s name and what the payment is for in the description.
Parents who have not paid after the 14th of each month may be asked keep their child at home until the tuition bill is paid. Please keep the School Manager aware if you believe you will be late to pay your child’s Fair Share tuition.
